1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit klariscan.com, join our waitlist, or contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone — including via our WhatsApp Business account and any messaging services provided through Meta Platforms, Inc. and Twilio Inc.

2. Information we collect

Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number, and company name, for example when joining the waitlist or messaging us on WhatsApp.
The content of messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or phone, and metadata associated with those messages (such as delivery status and timestamps).
Basic technical data about your visit to our website, such as browser type and pages viewed, where this is provided to us by our hosting or analytics provider.

3. How we use your information

To respond to enquiries you send us.
To add you to our waitlist and send you occasional updates about Klariscan ahead of launch.
To send you service messages by WhatsApp or SMS where you have opted in to receive them.
To maintain the security and proper functioning of our website and messaging channels.

4. Our legal basis for processing

We rely on your consent when you join our waitlist, opt in to WhatsApp or SMS messages, or message us directly, and on our legitimate interests in operating and improving our website and responding to enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time — see Section 7.

5. WhatsApp and SMS messaging

If you message us on WhatsApp or opt in to receive WhatsApp or SMS messages from Klariscan, message frequency will vary and standard message and data rates from your network provider may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. We use Meta Platforms, Inc. to provide WhatsApp Business messaging and Twilio Inc. to provide underlying messaging infrastructure; both act as data processors on our behalf and process message data in line with their own privacy policies, available at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy and twilio.com/legal/privacy.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our website, waitlist, and messaging channels — including hosting, email, WhatsApp Business (Meta), and messaging infrastructure (Twilio) providers — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
